Why a Niseko monthly rental beats nightly stays
Six things you can't get from a hotel or one-week Airbnb in Niseko.
Community first
Pre-vetted housemates means you arrive with friends — daily ski crews, potlucks, side trips. The biggest difference vs. an Airbnb or hotel.
All-inclusive math
One monthly price covers rent, utilities, internet, supplies, weekly cleaning. No nickel-and-diming, no broker fees, no surprises.
Built for nomads
Fibre Wi-Fi, sturdy desks in every room, and quiet corners in the lounges. You can take calls and ship code without leaving the house — then ski at lunch.
Car access
We provide car access for long-term residents. Most other Niseko stays don't — and you'll feel the difference on side trips.
Lower cost than hotels
From $2,000/month for a shared room. A hotel at $300/night × 30 nights is $9,000 before food. Math is brutal.
12 minutes to powder
Houses sit in Kutchan, 12-minute drive to Niseko United ski slopes. Easy access to Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, Annupuri.
