Our Niseko Nomad houses are located in the heart of the Niseko Area. With over 1000 square meters of quality living space designed for all types of nomads. With 20+ bedrooms and shared common areas among many amenities, these shared spaces let you get up close and personal with other seasonal skiers and boarders without breaking the bank!
Not only can residents find epic powder buddies, but they can join community events that foster networking opportunities & meet people who have similar goals while staying connected not only across business groups but also individual projects at Niseko Nomads.

Daily group trips to the slopes or volcanos for ski touring, potluck dinners, game / movie nights and side quests to local hot springs and onsens.

* Leases in Japan generally are for a minimum of 2 years. Assuming $800/mo and the tenant stays for only one season: $800 * 24 mo / 4 mo per season = $4800. Note: Leases are also generally not available to those without valid long-duration (non tourist) visas.

How Our Process Works
Four straightforward steps from your first click to moving in. No payment required to apply — only when your room is confirmed.
1. Apply
Pick the months you want to stay, browse rooms in our houses and apartments, and tell us a bit about yourself with a quick 1-minute selfie video. Takes about 5 minutes — no payment needed.
2. We review & chat
We review every application carefully — usually within 24 hours. If it looks like a good fit, we'll reach out to schedule a casual 15-minute call so we can get to know each other and answer your questions.
3. Sign & secure your room
If we're both excited about it, you sign your contract and pay a 1-month security deposit (fully refundable at the end of your stay) to lock in your room. After that you're part of the crew — we'll send move-in details and welcome you in.
