Niseko Ski Season Accommodation — Stay the Whole Winter

Niseko Nomads is built specifically for full-season ski stays — Dec through April. Most other Niseko accommodation is priced by the night, which becomes prohibitively expensive past 14 nights. We price monthly and reward longer commits.

Significantly. A ¥46,000/night Niseko hotel for 90 days = ¥4,160,000. A fully furnished shared room with us starts much lower — and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, and a daily ski crew.

Every room is fully furnished — bed, bedding, desk, kitchenware, fast Wi-Fi, all utilities. You arrive with skis and a suitcase.

Yes — racks, drying space, and basic wax setup are part of every house.

We share group-discount info and timing for the major passes (Niseko United All Mountain Pass etc.) but you book your own.

One month minimum. Most guests stay 2–4 months across the Niseko ski season (December through March).

Everything except your flights and food: furnished room, fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, kitchen and bathroom supplies, optional weekly cleaning, daily community ski trips, and access to all shared spaces. Rental cars are available to residents at cheaper-than-usual fleet rates, but are not included in the rent.

From ¥310,000 per month for a shared room up to about ¥2,160,000 for a private master suite, depending on month and room type. Stay 2 months or more and save 10% on the whole stay. First month rent + 1-month refundable security deposit is required to move in.

Fibre to the home with work-grade speeds — fast enough for video calls, large file transfers, streaming and gaming simultaneously. Desks in every bedroom plus quiet corners in the shared lounges.

The houses are in Kutchan, Hokkaido — the largest town in the area. Each house is a 9–12 minute drive to the lifts (Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, Annupuri).

We recommend one, but plenty of residents carpool or take the bus — it's about a 25-minute bus ride to the lifts. A car is worth it if you want to be on your own schedule: onsen and sauna runs, supermarket runs, side trips to Otaru and Sapporo. Rental cars are available to residents at cheaper-than-usual fleet rates, but they are not included in the rental price.
