*Our prices are for a minimum of a 1-month lease
Prices are estimates in USD based on actual prices in Japanese Yen.
* Leases in Japan generally are for a minimum of 2 years. Assuming $800/mo and the tenant stays for only one season: $800 * 24 mo / 4 mo per season = $4800. Note: Leases are also generally not available to those without valid long-duration (non tourist) visas.
** Prices vary by month. $2000 estimate is per person based on a shared (2 person) room during the month of March.

Submit a quick application (takes < 2 minutes) so that we can get to know a bit about who you are and what you're looking for. After you submit your application, you will choose a time slot for a 10 minute phone interview.
In our phone interview, we get to know you better, and we're also happy to answer any and all questions that you have. We've found that this phone interview is the most effective way to vet members, and answer everyone's questions.
Once you're accepted, you can tour any of our locations (either in-person or virtually), and can sign right away. Our whole process from start to finish is VERY quick (< 15 mins total from applying to signing if you're accepted). You can move in 2 days after signing (subject to vacancy), pending a background check.
Two seasons and going strong
Niseko Nomads is for people that are looking for more than just housing. We’re looking for people that want to be good roommates and community members. We’re very selective about who we offer our properties to and understand that a great living experience starts with amazing roommates and friends.
Here are a few things that we look for in members: Eagerness to connect with others, an interesting background and skill set, an outlook that values sharing and collaboration and a shared love for snow!
1st month rent in addition to a 1-month security deposit is required to move in. There are no broker fees.
There are two ways in which you can sign a lease. You could go straight into the month-to-month lease at its full price, or you can take our promotion of signing a one-time 4-month lease at a reduced price.
For those in need of immediate move-ins, we provide move-in opportunities based on availability. It usually takes 5-7 business days after your virtual tour if we have spots available for you to move in. Take into consideration that there is sometimes a waitlist for specific room types.
The application process is quick and efficient. We usually get back to members in as little as 1-2 days. Need help immediately? Call us! Submit application and sign up for interview. Interview and hear back. Sign lease and pay deposit!
